At KillTec, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical fashion gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your KillTec account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
